Goodbye Razer: assistance does not exist | Razer Insider

I use my Blackwidow Elite keyboard for work, but it has the volume key that doesn't work well.

At the beginning of April, I contact them and they assure me that they can change it and to be even faster they make me cut the keyboard cable so I can no longer use it. Too bad that only after they let me do it and only after a week, they tell me that they don't have a similar keyboard to replace, so they will have to make a refund.

They then ask me to wait 2 weeks (luckily that had to be a quick fix).

No news.

I contact them.

No one answers.

I have been waiting for a response from them for two months, I have asked several times but they no longer answer me.

They have completely abandoned me, but in the meantime my keyboard is no longer usable. I had to buy a new keyboard (obviously not Razer), they still have my money and who knows if I will ever get a refund since no one answers anymore.

No keyboard, no money, and no one answer. is this Razer assistance?

I can only advise against this brand, or if you choose it, pray you don't need assistance.

I just hope someone contacts me to solve this problem.
This is definitely not the experience we'd hoped that you would have. I have been monitoring the case ever since. But getting approvals for the refund proved to be rather difficult since the device was from a reseller. I am currently working with someone from the wire transfer team to get this sorted out. I can't give an ETA still, but things are moving.
