google play redeem

I won a razer viper v3 pro white edition through Google play. I did the auto redeem and now when I try to check the status of my order it just says error occurred. I thought maybe I didn't redeem it so I tried again and it says the redeem code can't be processed (not the exact words I don't think). I don't have a PC so I was planning on giving it to my son. Now he keeps asking about it and I have no idea if it's even coming now. Does anybody know how I can check if it's actually going to come, or if im just out of luck? My account also says I have no orders this year so that leads me to believe it's not going to come.
