Got a new blacksharkv2 pro need help

Hey guys, I just picked up the blackshark wireless and I have synapse 3 downloaded I have watched countless set up videos and followed the directions. Problem 1: In synapse I cannot turn on spatial audio or link any games or profiles. Everything is blank. It tells me everytime I open the application that my default playback device is not set. But I have set it 10 or so times now and it always reverts back. Secondly, there is a red battery thing next to the audio orange triangle that pops up. I have it charged fully with the green light indicator solid green. Please advise Thank you

    I'd uninstall synapse first, use this tool to cleanup any drivers/leftovers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj After PC restart install Synapse again and check if something has fixed.
