Graphics Problem

Hi, now I have some problems with my Razer blade (2015). I sent Razer support email but none reply, so I have to ask for help here. As the topic says, my NVIDIA graphics cannot be detected since one time I reopen my laptop, I cannot find it in device manager. I am sure all the drivers are suitable for the graphics. At the same time, I found there is an exclamation on the PCI express x16 controller. It didn’t work anymore, I searched the internet and knew it seemed to be relevant to my NVIDIA, but still do not know how to solve it. By the way, I have tried recover the system which had no sense. Now I really need your help since without the nvidia graphics I cannot run any 3D softwares. Many thanks.

Hi there! Can you share a photo of the error message? Also, when did this start to happen?

Hi, the problem now changes to another one, my Razer blade can detect the nvidia graphics now, but the graphic itself does not work actually. When I use nvidia graphic to start some full screen applications, it will crash after counting five seconds. I tried so many games, the results were the same. But if I open the nvidia control panel and set base graphic to be AMD card, those games work again, though with really low fps. I thought it was the edition of drive that caused the this, but whatever old or new edition, the problem was still there. Finally, I have no ways to deal with this. Have you ever seen this kind problem before? I really needs some help!

Hi there! Please PM me the serial number of your Blade together with a video of the issue. I'll assist you from there.
