Bonjour, je rencontre un probléme avec mon casque depuis un bon moment mon casque fait des gresillements et je voulais si il y a des solution ou un remplacement des produit a savoir que j’ai achéte le casque le 19 Oct 2024 et pas chez Razer mais dans un magazin qui s’apelle Fnac
