To help troubleshoot the issue, please try the following:
Clean the body of your mouse using lint-free microfiber cloth. Wipe the surface of your mouse gently but thoroughly
Clean sensor with compress
Try using the mouse on different surface, preferably on mouse mat
Test the mouse with and without Synapse to isolate the software issue.
Test the mouse on another USB port or another device to check whether the issue is with the mouse or the computer.
Check if the problem occurs on wired or wireless connection.
If the problem continues, please PM with the device serial number so I can verify its model and if possible, you can also share a short video showing the stuck click and sluggish behavior so I can assist further. Upload it to Google Drive, and set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so I can access the file. Then share the link with me. All the best!
