Had to reinstall windows and Razer Surround 7.1 wants a code AGAIN where do i get it?

So I had to reinstall my windows ( I had activated 7.1 software ) and now after I installed the app, it wants the code again and Im pretty sure you can check that I activated my headphones in the app. So what do I do now?

    I'll need you to send me your headset's serial number along with the email address you used to register the device. I can use those to check for a surround sound key.
