Half of my razer kiyos ring light leds turning off

Hi there! When did this start to happen? Also, have you tried connecting it to another PC to see if the issue persists?

It started just a few hours after i got it and i tried with another pc and it's still the same. Half of the ringlight shuts off after a few minutes

Suddenly having the same issue with my Kiyo I received today. Phone support has done literally nothing to assist. Can someone help?

I too have recently purchased the Kiyo on Amazon Marketplace. At first the LED lights worked, then and still now, only the bottom half of the LEDs work. I have updated the firmware and still the problem persists. Surely not an isolated fault if others are reporting it? Appreciate some advice. Many thanks :)
