I recently bought the Ornata V3 X keyboard, in the French layout. The letters and separate numberpad work correctly, however all the symbol keys, as well as the number keys on the main keyboard are inversed. So, if I want to type the symbol on the top part of the key (the one you would normally use shift for), I tap normally. For the one where I would normally NOT use shift, I have to hold shift for.
This makes it incredibly confusing to type with, and I have only found fixes that involve inversing ALL the keys on the keyboard, not only the symbols and numbers.
How do I fix this? Usual fixes suggested (turn off Synapse and all Razer/keyboard input programs, uninstall/reinstall, different USB ports, update pc) do not work.
I am unable to update firmware (downloaded and ran file but “Update” button is greyed out) and I cannot access Razer support (chat keeps sending me back to the page where it asks for my name/email/SN even after filling it out many times), I can’t find an email address or phone number so this is my last option.
At this point I am really regretting my purchase! Can anyone help with this bizarre issue?
