Halo Infinite Code Issue

Hello, First time buying a Razor product here, my headset died last night and I ended up hitting up the Best Buy near me to find a replacement. Decided on the Kaira Pro Halo edition since it was supposed to come with a sweet armor skin. I got the headset working just fine, but when I attempted to enter the code on Halo Waypoint it informed me that the code had already been entered. Is there anyway I can get this resolved? The headset was purchased brand new so the code should be valid. Any help is appreciated, Thanks
