hammer head true wireless pro one earbus not charging

Only my right earbud is charging.

When i look in the app my right one is on 100% and my left one is on like 4% i dont know what to do.

Please somebody help me

    Hey, @775110977!

     

    Try updating its firmware by following the steps below:

    1. Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.
    2. Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.
    3. Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.
    4. Follow the update instructions.

    If that didn’t do the trick, feel free to send me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro so I can look for other workarounds.
