Hammered X bug/ battery drain.

Hi guys. I just unboxed a new set of Razer hammerhead X and after charging everything the right earbud seems to hold the charge for about 15 minutes, it then starts telling me that the battery is low. I think this may be software related as this are literally new. I already received a firmware update but the issue continues.
