Hye, fully charge h.head.when use like 20 minutes left side info that low batt and will turn of. When i check in apps both batt is 100.

I would double check whether the Case is fully charged and that the Hammerheads are up to date on the Firmware through the Razer Audio App. I'm guessing it may be a glitch with the ear piece if it lasts just as long as the other one.
If it doesn't help with the issue then I would advice contacting Razer Support or the Retailer you bought them from. I been unlucky with the Hammerheads myself as mine that I own are my 3rd pair (1st died out a few months in use and 2nd had a dead ear piece).
