I have already connect my hammerhead with my old phone butnow when I want to connect them with the new one I can not found them when I search at the bt of my device

Hi there! Have you tried to put it in pairing mode and see if your device can discover the Hammerhead BT? If not yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

I have tried s lot of times.Ihsve also tried to pair it with two other devices.the one paired with my hammerhead but the other didnt found it at the search bar.the phone i use know is the huawei p8and still it cant found the hammerhead(sy formy English)

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried to pair it with a third device to see if the Hammerhead BT can be seen by the third device? It's just to isolate the issue. Let me know how it goes.

At some devices when I search and at some others it doesnt appear to the bt search.I have restarted myphones a thounsed times but still when I push the search button ican find the hammerhead butonly other devices.plz helpme I want to hear my music:(
