While the headphones connected to both my Xbox and Android phone without issue, neither of the apps seem to recognize them. It just automatically pairs to the respective devices, android app says something along the lines of "device not found" and the Xbox app never progresses past the How to connect screen. Saw a similar issue somewhere else in the forum, but after support replied it was locked. Any known fixes?
