Hey, I bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless ( brandnew earphones) and the left one doesn't turn on... I've tried putting it inside the box, closing and waiting for five seconds how I'm supposed to do, but nothing happens. Only the right one connects. Even when I try to pair them manually the problem is there.
What can I do? They are brand new!
