Hammerhead troubles
I bought the Hammerhead earbuds about a week ago and I'm already having troubles with them. Sometimes when I have them connected to my phone or laptop the audio either cuts out or just isn't synced with the video or game. Did I do something wrong with them or is it just going to do that?

Which Hammerhead variant are you referring it? It would help me a lot if you send over the serial number via PM. This way, I can look into model-specific solutions and get you back to peak fragging shape sooner than later.
