I'm hoping to find some kind of solution. I bought a brand new pair just yesterday, still packaged in cellophane. gave it a couple hours to charge up. it pairs on normally through Bluetooth but the actual razer app refuses to find it at all, no matter how many times I have tried nothing. there is also the issue that the right bud seems to just not work at all, no life in the right at all, also concerned that I can watch the battery life on the Bluetooth app tick down from 70 (as high as it goes) to 30% within 5 minutes. worst of all checking the warranty on the site shows its out of warranty, even though I bought this yesterday, does this mean I cant ‘officially’ get anything done? if there is any help or suggestions it would be very much appreciated.
