I have a pair of hammerhead true wireless earbuds however I can’t seem to pair them to my phone and the case has been charged but won’t let me put them in pairing mode

Hi reddez06,

I understand you’re having trouble with your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless. Just to help check the issue, are the earbuds completely unresponsive when you try to enter pairing mode, or do you see any LED activity on the earbuds or charging case at all? Have they been paired to this phone before, or is this the first time you’re trying to connect them? If you haven’t already, try removing the earbuds from the case, placing them back in for a few seconds, then taking them out again and checking if they enter pairing mode automatically. It would also help to know your phone model and whether the earbuds appear in the Bluetooth device list at any point. If the same issue persist, send me a PM with the earbuds serial number and proof of purchase for warranty verification. All the best!
