Hammerhead True Wireless Battery Issues?

Hey! I looked over the thread and was wondering if anybody else had and issue with the buds not charging completely? I'm literally only getting 2 hours of usage out of them during my streams. Even after letting them charge for at least a 24 hour period I may only get them to being 50-60% charged or one of the buds wont charge period. Assistance? Maybe a different charging cable or brick other than the one that came with the product? Trying to go another route before sending to manufacturer.
