Specificaly the volume at the right earbud is lower than the left. Both earbuds work fine and both are fully charged.

I understand that you're having an issues with your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless where the volume in the right earbud is lower than in the left earbud. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
