I’m having a similar problem as many others here. Unwrapped a brand new set of earbuds and fully charged them (green light). When I open the lid to pair them, none of my other devices can see them in pairing mode. There’s also no initial audio from the earbuds like “power on” or “pairing”. This is the second set I’ve owned so I’m familiar with how they’re supposed to operate.
