I purchased these earbuds less than a year ago and am seeking warranty support. When I enter the serial number I'm told they are no longer under warranty. Can someone tell me why I have less than a year warranty on these earbuds? Everything I read suggests I should have a two year warranty, which I'm pretty sure is also stated on the box.
