My left earpod is not charging. I have followed all the trouble shooting advice and attempted resetting with no luck. The left earpod will not charge.
Try cleaning the charging contacts on the left earbuds and the case with a soft cloth or cotton swab, potentially with isopropyl alcohol. Ensure the charging cable and power source are working correctly, and try a different cable if needed. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case and holding the button for 15 seconds. Otherwise, please contact your reseller if the Hammerhead True Wireless is still within its warranty period.
