hammerhead true wireless x right earbud not working

So I know this has been discussed many times but I still gotta ask…

 

My brother got me and him two hammerhead x earbuds. And both of them have an issue with the right one not working. I tried cleaning the case and the bud with alcohol, I tried updating the software, which always stopped at 20% for some reason. 

 

The razer app shows both of them at a 100% battery but for some reason the right one is still not turning on or anything. I have no idea what else to do

    You can also update the firmware by following the steps below:

    1. Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.
    2. Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.
    3. Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.
    4. Follow the update instructions.

    If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
