Hammerhead TWS conmecting while in case

Hi, i've purchased a pair of hammerhead tws around a year ago, and for the past 2 weeks they've just connecting to my phone while in the case or just not unconmecting while putting back inside, I cleaned the contacts with isopropanol but nothing works, before I throw them into oblivion and buy another pair of earbuds, is there anything I can do to fix them? For now I have to open the case 2/4 times before they decide to disconnect

Try to update your Hammerhead’s firmware by following the steps below:

  1. Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.

  2. Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.

  3. Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.

  4. Follow the update instructions.

If that didn’t work, then send me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
