Hammerhead TWS pro left earbuds not working

Have had my Hammerhead TWS Pro for a long time now. But it was still normal in the morning, then when I wanted to use it again in the afternoon, it is not working anymore. Even with charging. I have tried to clean it, have charged it, nothing work. Right earbud works fine but left earbud don't even have the "pairing" sound. What should I do?

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
