Hammerhead TWS Pro right side earbud not working

My Razer Hammerhead TWS Pro right side bud is not working out of the box. No response to gestures, no sound. nothing. Left side works well. Right side seems dead out of the box. I bought this online from Japan. I know it’s a 6 year old brand but to get a faulty Razer out of the box is disappointing. Is there a solution to this?
