Hammerhead TWS unable to pair with app

Hey guys, hope someone here got a solution for me. I'm unable to pair my Hammerhead TWS with the app on my phone. The app just can't detect the device. Tried uninstalling, as well as my 2nd phone as well all didn't work. It can connect it normally to all my devices just not the app.

    Yeah I did try with my 2nd android phone as well
