Alright Razer, you're loosing me. I've had both the TWS PRO and the TWS....with that being said look at my support history and don't give your customers any guff and honor them to the fullest....because they paid, some of us more than once, but you got the cash, and we have no reliable product. It's very discouraging. Why are we having these issue with one of the ear buds volume "dropping out". This time on my TWS it's the Right Ear bud. Why do I keep buying Razer Earbuds if they aren't going to last. The Support Videos and FAQ do not render solutions and I keep getting the run around from support ( gave up on last Pair TWS Pro that I was sent by Razer to honor the last faulty TWS PRO, taking up my time and Money) I then purchase the TWS, Mainly for the Chroma RGB and to see if the product would render the same issue. Seven Months Later, WAM....I got hit with the same issue on the TWS as the TWS Pro. I'm really tired of wasting my money....they are so great for a while. Then when you start to feel like you can depend on them....they set you back again. I need an answer or a direction on how I can get a reliable pair of Chroma Enabled Earbuds. What is the Problem with the Speakers in this Hammerhead line and how do I put faith back into the Hammerhead Line ( I thought I found it with the TWS). I'm really frustrated....need a solution...if I need to take them apart and do a video for the world to hear my story and what I find precisely wrong with the tech....I'm game....and it's not something Im not above doing when at this point it seems like we are all getting ripped off with regards to the Hammermhead Earbuds.....Razer would deserve that. Come on guys lets get with the program, if you're going to compete in the earbud market, I suggest you put faith back into your customers hands and give us reliable products. So what's the real solution on these Hammerhead Ear buds, which I have two pairs of TWS and TWS PRO that have the same issue....and now they are basically 50% Useless.
