I have video but can’t post in this i don’t know why butttt!!!!  I can explain it even not good , my hmh tws x is not paring each other sometims it pairing only L side and now Ive fact’ reset and it isnt better pleaseeee helpp meeeeee

I understand you’re having trouble with your Hammerhead True Wireless X. Does the right earbud still charge normally in the case, and have you tried testing both earbuds after fully charging them first? Please also try the troubleshooting steps here.
