hammerhead tws x right ear

I have hammerhead tws x buy on 2022. But now right earbuds fast drain (about 10 min. Usage already low battery) and cannot 100% charge, maximum 87% and sometimes not charging. I already do some your suggestion in other thread. I have drain both earbuds until 0%, cleaning the charging pad, changing the charge cable but none of them works. What should i do next to make my hammerhead works normally again?
