Hammerhead USB-C ANC stopped being recognized as headphones

I've been using the USB-C ANC Hammerheads for a month or two now without any hiccups. The audio quality of the headphones is pretty great, which was a relief after using a couple of other USB-C headphones. I've been using them on my Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S and my Dell XPS15 without problem, until earlier this week when suddenly my devices wouldn't recognize the headphones anymore. When I plug them in the lights on the headphones still light up, but they don't function as headphones anymore. When I plug them in, my Windows 10 gives me a "USB Device not recognized" message, my phone just doesn't react at all. Any idea where the problem might be here?

Hello. Is there any error message that pops up when you plug your Hammerhead headset to your phone?

On my phone, nothing at all. The lights work so I imagine the wire is okay, but when I go to settings (Android) no headphones show up and when I play music it goes through to the phone speakers.

Thanks for the reply. Please send the serial number of your Hammerhead to me through PM. I'll take it from there.
