Hammerhead V2 – One Earbud Randomly Shuts Down

Hi,

 

I have a pair of Razer Hammerhead V2 earbuds and one of them keeps randomly shutting down.

Most of the time, when I open the case, that earbud doesn’t even turn on. When it does power on, the Razer Audio app shows a full battery, but it shuts down suddenly after around 5 minutes.

Sometimes it only stays on for a second before turning off again.

 

I have already tried the following:

 

Fully charging the case and earbuds several times

 

Resetting the earbuds multiple times

 

Re-pairing them with my phone

 

 

The issue still only affects one earbud. Is there anything else I can try before considering a replacement?

I understand that one of your Razer Hammerhead V2 earbud randomly shuts down. Since you have already performed several troubleshooting steps, please try cleaning the contact points on the earbuds. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this through the following link.
