I've been using the Razer Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed for a short while and I've run into a few issues I'd like to share and hopefully get some help with.
**1. Fan noise amplification after disabling ANC**
When I turn off ANC, my laptop fan noise becomes overwhelmingly loud — even though the fan itself isn't actually loud when I'm not wearing the earbuds. It seems like disabling ANC makes ambient sounds significantly more prominent than they naturally are. Has anyone else experienced this?
**2. Uneven battery drain between left and right earbuds**
The left and right earbuds are draining at noticeably different rates. One earbud consistently dies much faster than the other, which is quite inconvenient during longer sessions.
**3. Heavy echo on microphone in Discord**
When I use the Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed as my microphone input in Discord, other people tell me my voice sounds very echoey. This wasn't an issue with my previous headset. I've tried adjusting Discord settings but the problem persists.
**4. Charging case battery not visible in Razer Synapse**
I can see the battery levels of both earbuds in Razer Synapse, but the charging case battery level is not displayed anywhere. I'd really like to monitor the case charge without having to check the LED indicators manually.
I'm on the latest firmware and Synapse version. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
