Hello, i just got “Hammerhead V3 Hyperspeed” i connected cable with wireless dongle, it shows lights but there is no sound in buds. i also have selected right one on “Sound inputs” but still no sound. i also downloaded “Synapse” but shows me “Device is switched off”
Its my first time using gaming buds, so sorry if im missing something.

Try to use the Pairing Utility. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
