Hammerhead v3 x hyperspeed issue

Hi. I have problem with my earbuds. They are working very well on my phone and pc but on ps5 pro the sound is very low about 10 present and the audio is like old cheap Walkman headphones ! The version is for ps5 and this is the reason I bought this product.
