Hammerheads TW Gen 2 No audio on Call.

My Hammerheads TW Gen 2 work perfectly using them normally for audio on my phone (music, videos, etc.) Though when I use them for a call, there is no audio and I have tried turning up and down the sound but they still won't work, please help. By the way, I bought these off of Amazon.
