I’ve deleted, uninstalled, and reinstalled over and over again. Every time I’ve tried something different and every single time I get a box saying Handling Exception. After Synapse 3 never opens. I’m a first time Razer user and have 4 Razer products. A family member, with the same computer I have, simply downloaded Razer Synapse 3 and was good to go with no issues at all. I don’t understand what the problem is and I’m ready to give up. It’s been 2 months and I’ve made no progress figuring it out. I need help. Otherwise I’m over these products and will never use Razer again. I’m in love with the products but if I can’t get full use of them then I don’t want them.
