Hard drive and SSD unresponsive

I have a rz09-02705e75. Somehow both my HDD and SSD became unresponsive. Maybe electrical surge I’m totally unsure. Upon booting up I am brought to the bios every single time. I tried all the various options F9 etc..Nevertheless same results, The beloved bios. My initial thought was it may be the motherboard. So to test that out I bought two new drives. Installed them with a clean copy of Windows and POW, worked like a charm. I unfortunately didn’t back up my previous data completely. So I will be in debt to some data recovery company very soon to obtain that. My question is, has anyone experienced this before where both your SSD and HDD become unresponsive? I’ve searched for fixes and anything on this particular topic and have not found much. I’m hoping Razer will send me a recovery drive or provide me with a way to bring the laptop back to factory settings.
