Hard-to-find chair cushion

I bought a second-hand Iskur, but unfortunately, it didn't come with the neck pillow. Since Razer chairs have a unique design, not all pillows stay in place—they tend to slide upwards. I’ve searched everywhere, but it seems impossible to find a suitable replacement, and the original black version appears to be unavailable worldwide. Does anyone have a solution?
