My microphone works so quietly, test shows bad sound reception. I wrote in support, waiting for an answer for a week. How to fix this problem?

Have you tried adjusting the mic gain levels in Windows Sound Settings? We'd appreciate it if you can upload a screenshot of the Levels tab in the Microphone Properties. By the way, did you get a case number when you reached out to our Support Team? If so, please send that to me via PM.

Could easily be a hardware issue if the mic is still too quiet even at that level of gain and mic boost. For now, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can look into possible firmware fixes.

If I use a sound system in the Legacy discord, My friends hear me softly. But if I use standart or experimental discord version, they don't hear me at all. I tried to use microphone in CS:GO, Rainbow Six Siege and Skype, the output is very weak.
