Has anyone else received the wrong replacement item?

I bought a $100 Kraken Kitty and it had an audio issue. They worked with me to get it replaced. When I received my replacement they sent me a $45 Kraken V3 X headphone instead. They keep saying the serial number that we entered during chat was a Kraken V3 X not a Kraken Kitty. I have dyslexia and possibly gave them the wrong the serial number. I have told them in a new chat that they sent me the wrong item that I sent in a Kitty not a V3 X. I keep getting the run around and they refuse to admit they messed up. We have shown them my proof of purchase, my razer synapes showing that only a Kraken Kitty was ever attached, and have even requested for them to pull the physical product that I mailed in to prove that it was a Kraken Kitty headphone and NOT a Kraken V3 X. I keep getting the run around and they keep going back to the serial number. I explained that I have dyslexia and possibly put the number in wrong, but to pull the product, but they REFUSE to work with me. So now I spend $100 on headphones that I loved and they  sent me a $45 pair and said that's what I had. I am beyond frustrated and at this point I be done with Razer and will never buy a product from them.
