Just curious if everyone else is getting run through the hoops when trying to get support to fix a software issue with synapse software.   Opened a case on the 16th for a very obvious software issue and have since gotten the runaround after uploading logs.  

 

Simple issue of the Tartarus pro keys not working when synapse is loaded despite it seeing the Tartarus but working fine if I exit the software.  Uploaded a video at the request of support and it wasn’t good enough and they want me to hold him device up to the screen while demonstrating the problem so they can get a better understanding of the issue  since describing the exact issue and uploading the logs isn’t quite enough.   

 

Yes this post is mostly sarcasm as I have been a customer since 2019 and returned my brand new product for a full refund since I couldn’t get support and I am just venting but really curious if everyone else has this abysmal of an experience.
