I have raised a case with Razer in early August and again in September about my Barracuda Pro X gaming headphones not connecting or staying connected to my PC. Run through all the driver advice and used countless YouTube clips to try and fix them. Had absolutely no response from Razer support. Submitted proof of purchase information and they are still covered by Razer warranty. Has anyone else expereinced this and got any advice?
