Has your Razer chair ever broken?

I'm having a bad experience with an ISKUR, it just broke the support iron, making it impossible to use after 10 months of use. And I just bought a Razer because the specs say < 136 kg (< 299 lbs) so it was a surprise that it didn't hold the indicated weight. Now it's time to wait for a response from support and see how the warranty works. The problem will be to trust the product, especially with the end of the warranty. Meanwhile, I spend my days in a wooden kitchen chair.

Oh my! Sorry to hear about your Razer Iskur's state. If you've contacted our Support Team via chat or email, please send me the case number so I can review your contact history. Allow me to lock this thread so I can divert our conversation privately. Thanks for your cooperation.
