Have a problem with brand new wireless mamba mouse
When I plug the mouse in it bricks. It does absolutely nothing when plugged in. When it's not plugged in it works fine. Has anyone else had this issue? It was a gift, I dont like wireless mice. I want to use it wired. It works perfectly fine as a wireless mouse.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern on our Support board. By the way, are you using a USB hub? If yes, please bypass and connect the mouse directly to your USB port. Have you tried connecting it on a different USB port or computer? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your device serial number. Let's continue from there.
