Have connected to wireless network but No Internet

Hi, my Lazer laptop have a problem. It can find the wireless network, however it showed me No Internet. I have tried the Troubleshooting, and it couldn't identify the problem. My mobile and other devices are OK with the same wireless network though.Any advice would be very appreciate!
