Haven't received 7.1 surround sound activavtion code

I just did a product registration for my Razer BlackShark V3 X Hyperspeed. I got the email from razer confirming that my product registration was succeeded. However, I haven’t received any 7.1 surround sound activavtion code yet. Any help?

I understand that you have not received you activation code for your Razer BlackShark V3 X Hyperspeed. Could you please confirm if you have checked your spam and junk folders in your email? Sometimes, the activation code is sent there.
