haven't received all of the silver awards after registering all of my products.

Hello, I registered a razer keyboard on synapse a while ago and got the silver award. However, I created a razer insider account and registered 3 products so a headset, a mouse but I still haven't received a silver reward. Thx in advance for your help. :)
